We successfully executed the complete plumbing installation for a 70,000+ sq ft institutional project, meeting high technical standards and strict deadlines.
The four-story building includes classrooms, an industrial kitchen, sports courts, recreational areas, and public spaces with full ADA compliance. Our scope covered water supply, sanitary, storm, gas, and condensate lines, as well as the supply and installation of all fixtures.
We overcame coordination and functional challenges through precise execution tailored to the needs of children, teens, staff, and visitors—ensuring safety, performance, and full code compliance.

Project Scope
We designed and installed a complete plumbing system for a 70,000+ sq ft mixed-use institutional building, covering water supply, sanitary, storm, gas, and condensate lines, including specialized roof and technical drainage systems.
The scope included ADA-compliant restrooms, commercial kitchens, classrooms, sports courts, and recreational areas—tailored to the specific needs of children, teens, staff, and the general public. We delivered a fully integrated, safe, and code-compliant solution on schedule.
Technical Challenges of the Project

Pipe routes were realigned to avoid beam conflicts, meeting tight deadlines across areas with different code requirements.
Drainage and condensate slopes were corrected, plan inconsistencies resolved, and custom planter drainage systems were designed to prevent future clashes.
